The weekend was filled with intentional talks and catechesis on St. John Paul’s teaching of the dignity and meaning of the person and the human body

June 14-17 was the second ECHO Theology of the Body conference in Chicago. Sr. Joachima and Sr. Maria-Vianney attended this conference/retreat for young adults. The weekend was filled with intentional talks and catechesis on St. John Paul’s teaching of the dignity and meaning of the person and the human body, as well as beautiful Liturgy, vibrant praise and worship, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, fellowship, and small group discussion. Young adults gave courageous testimonies and witness talks on how the Lord has touched, moved and healed them through the truth and teaching of the Theology of the Body and a life of prayer and encounter with the Lord Jesus. No doubt that the Holy Spirit was moving and inspiring the young people the same at this retreat, as everyone experienced the Lord revealed in new ways to them through prayer and new budding friendships.
